Conduit is a tribe of leaders and owners across all business, disciplines, and trades who know the advantages of sharing insights peer to peer and who strive to learn and grow together. Conduit has worked with and represented over 100 trade businesses since its founding.
WHO STARTED CONDUIT?
Paul Bauscher was the owner of Bauscher construction for 24 years, and sold in 2020. He is currently the Director of Sales at EMyth.
Jerry Beerman, Owner of Alluring Glass, has been in the trades since 2007. As Jerry met owners in the residential trades, he recognized the amount of wisdom and insight they had. Conduit is a platform to share that wisdom and insight.
