WELCOME VICKI BERLING!
Conduit and CAP (Conduit Apprenticeship Program) are excited to welcome Vicki Berling as a consultant to add leadership and value to our growing team.
Vicki has 27 years experience in the field of education and most recently developed and oversaw the Enzweiler Building Institute in Northern Kentucky. Vicki is a well-known and respected leader in the space of workforce development. Her decades of experience are certain to bring insight and clarity as Conduit and CAP continue to gain traction.
Vicki's primary focus will be on our business partners. She will be providing them encouragement and resources to ensure they are attractive to the talented students within CAP, that they have processes to onboard, and train, and develop that talent, with the ultimate goal of success being that young talent is retained for a very long time.
